MP Labo and Laboratoire Destaing develop their products according to a global concept of animal health which takes into account the most recent scientific knowledge. The latest product launches based on natural and organic plant-based active ingredients, formulated under veterinary supervision and on the basis of scientific proof of efficacy, harmlessness and safety for both pets and their owners, bear witness to the scientific standards of the Group and its management team.
In December 2021, Sagard NewGen’s acquisition of a stake alongside Cécile Destaing will open up a larger share of the capital to the managers and mark the beginning of a new development phase for the Groupe Destaing, which aims to accelerate its pace of innovation and international expansion and to initiate a new digital dynamic that will create value.
