Furong Guo is a Director of Financial Reporting and Consolidation at Sagard and joined the firm in 2022. Furong is responsible for the preparation of the financial reporting and consolidations of Sagard Holdings management companies, carry-interest entities and holding companies. Furong is a member of the finance team and is based in Montreal, Canada.
Prior to Sagard, Furong was a Director at PwC Montréal, where she led external audit engagements of public and private companies in different industries, including IPO and US listing audits.
Furong holds a Diplôme de Grande École (equivalent of a Master degree) from ICN Business School (Nancy France). She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA auditor, CMA).
