Grégoire Viat is an Associate, Portage Ventures at Portage and joined the firm in 2021. As a member of Portage, Grégoire invests globally in early-stage and growth-stage opportunities. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management. Grégoire is based in Paris, France.
Prior to Portage, Grégoire spent more than six years in Investment Banking with Morgan Stanley in London and Paris. He was involved in several international transactions across M&A and capital markets (public and private) in the Basic Materials sector.
Grégoire holds a master’s degree from ESCP Business School in Paris.
