Hélène Falchier has served as Partner, Portage Ventures at Portage since 2019. As a member of Portage, Hélène invests in early-stage and growth-stage opportunities globally. Within the investment portfolio, Hélène is a board director at Hellas Direct, Pledg, Acheel, Listo, Tuum and Getquin. She is based in Paris, France.
Prior to Portage, Hélène founded and served as CEO of Open CNP, the corporate venture program of CNP Assurances (“CNP”). During this period, Open CNP supported startups such as Lydia, October and Alan. Hélène was also CNP’s Head of Private Equity, managing a €7.5bn AUM portfolio with investments in Europe and the US. Before joining CNP, she served as the Head of Investments in real estate, private equity and stocks for Ecureuil Vie.
Hélène was the Chairwoman of the AFIC LPs club (French Association for Investors for Growth) and is part of Level 20, a not-for-profit organization founded to improve gender diversity in the private equity industry.
Hélène holds a Master’s degree in economics and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
