Jérôme Triebel is a MD MidCap at Sagard in Europe and joined the firm in 2015. As a member of the Sagard MidCap investment team, Jérôme invests in middle-market opportunities focused on transformational growth companies located in Europe and works on deal execution, portfolio monitoring and/or exit arrangements. He joined Sagard as an Investment Manager in 2015. He is based in Paris, France.
Jérôme started his career at McKinsey & Company in 2012, first as an Analyst, then as an Associate and Junior Engagement Manager in the Paris office. He primarily served clients in the telecoms and manufacturing sectors, advising them on growth strategy and operational optimization issues. Prior to that, he interned as a junior analyst in M&A for Deutsche Bank, in Paris and London.
He holds a Master’s in history and an undergraduate degree in econometrics from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, an MBA from École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) Paris, under the Grande École programme and is a graduate of École Normale Supérieure (Ulm).
