Josh Borys is a Partner at Sagard and joined the firm in 2017. As a member of Sagard Credit, Josh invests in non-sponsored credit opportunities in the North American middle market and is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management. He is based in Toronto, Canada.
Prior to Sagard, Josh was a Principal in the Principal Credit Investments group at CPPIB where he focused on investing in both primary and secondary opportunities across the capital structure, working closely with Adam, Mustafa and Bin. He previously served on the Management Committee of LongPoint Minerals.
Josh holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario where he graduated with Distinction and was an Ivey Scholar.
