Kelsea Donovan joined the firm in 2023 as Manager, People transformation initiatives within the People & Culture team before transitioning into a Business Partner rôle . Kelsea is tasked with spearheading the strategic evolution of Sagard’s procedures and programs relating to People & Culture.
Prior to joining Sagard, Kelsea was at Diagram Ventures, starting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and swiftly progressed to the role of HR & Talent Manager. Before her tenure at Diagram, Kelsea held a position of responsibility overseeing key accounts at Randstad, managing diverse portfolios on both the candidate and client side.
Kelsea earned her degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations and Human Rights Law from Concordia University.
