Kimberly Civita is a Senior Director, Property Management, responsible for overseeing property management operations throughout Southern California and Arizona. She works closely with both property managers and asset management to ensure objectives are met, ranging from daily activities to long-term objectives. With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, she specializes in client and tenant relations, property operations, construction management, and leasing.
Prior to her role at Sagard Real Estate, Kimberly was the Senior Vice President at Davis Partners. Kimberly is a lead member of Sagard’s Women’s Employee Resource Group. She is a LEED Green Associate and a licensed Broker in the State of California.
Kimberly received her B.A. in Liberal Studies from Cal State Fullerton.
