Kyle Hunter is a Head of Ontario and Senior Relationship Manager, helping highly successful families achieve their financial objectives and aspirations. Kyle is a passionate investment manager and believes financial goals are met through open dialogue, a disciplined and systematic approach to asset allocation, and an investment strategy that delivers capital preservation and sufficient levels of return.
Kyle brings nearly 20 years of investment management, capital markets and consulting experience to Sagard Wealth. Before joining Sagard Wealth, Kyle was Portfolio Manager at an independent mutual fund company in Calgary where he managed three investment funds with a focus on energy. Prior to that, Kyle was Vice President and Portfolio Manager at a major Canadian bank managing the bank’s resource-related mutual funds and supporting the firm’s institutional mandates. Kyle has also spent time in equity research at a sell-side boutique and in consulting at a global consulting firm.
Kyle holds an Honors of Business Administration degree and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University. Kyle is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and is a member of the Toronto CFA Society.
Kyle lives in Toronto and enjoys experiencing the outdoors, skiing, hiking and biking, with his wife and two children.
