Saïk Paugam is a Partner at Sagard in Europe and joined the firm in 2004. As a member of the Sagard MidCap investment team, Saïk invests in middle market opportunities focused on transformational growth companies located in Europe and plays an active role in originating and executing deals, as well as in tracking investment performance and managing divestments. He joined Sagard as an Investment Manager in 2004, was promoted to Director in 2009 and was made Partner in January 2013. He is based in Paris, France.
Saïk began his career at Morgan Stanley, working first as an Analyst and then as an Associate in the M&A Department. He participated in a number of divestments by large French companies, particularly as part of transactions involving private equity funds and manufacturing corporations.
He holds an MBA from École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in Paris.
