Sandro Costa is an IT Operations Analyst at Sagard and joined the firm in 2022. As a member of the IT operations team, he is responsible for managing technical support for all Sagard offices. He is based in Montreal, Canada.

Prior to Sagard, Sandro was an IT Service Delivery Analyst at Aldo Group where he worked on the creation of the new Help Desk team. He was responsible for end-user IT support and the management of audio/video broadcasting. Prior to Aldo, Sandro worked at SC360 where he spent over 4 years supporting telecommunication technicians across the province of Quebec.

Sandro graduated in Technical Support at École des Métiers de l’Informatique du Commerce et de l’Administration (EMICA).
