Tyler Williams is a Managing Director, Portfolio Management, responsible for a large core-plus separate account and previously covered acquisitions in the Southeast region. Tyler was a former Director of Portfolio Management and Acquisitions at Guggenheim Partners.
Prior to his role at Sagard Real Estate, he worked in real estate investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and special asset management at an affiliate of Lehman Brothers. Tyler received an M.B.A. from the SC Johnson School at Cornell University and a M.P.S. in real estate from the Hotel School at Cornell University. He also received his B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
